WHAT IS A CORPORATE APARTMENT?

Corporate apartments are a long-term hotel alternative. They are suites leased on a short-term basis to meet the needs of travelers who are on temporary assignment at another location, families who are being transferred and need a temporary apartment while they search for a permanent home or who are displaced from their homes temporarily. These fully-furnished apartments come with all of the amenities of home including furnishings and fully accessorized kitchens. Most properties have use of the pool, clubhouse and exercise facilities on-site. Aviam’s suites provide more spacious accommodations than extended-stay hotel suites and at a lower price.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY FOR A CORPORATE APARTMENT?

With Aviam Corporate Housing you can choose from a selection of furniture groups and styles. Please call an Aviam professional for options available in your area.

HOW WILL YOU BILL ME?

Standard is all monthly charges are consolidated onto one invoice or receipt. This statement will include the monthly rent charge, utilities, phone and cable services. We accept all forms of payment including: company check, electronic transfer and all major credit cards.
​However, all billing is custom tailored to the desires of the client.

CAN I BRING A PET?

Many of the properties Aviam utilizes allow small pets with an additional pet deposit. Please call an Aviam professional for pet-friendly properties in your desired area.
